KRMS can be accessed through Web portal as well as Mobile Apps which are specifically developed for enhancing the customer experience. Users can access any number of their Gensets in a common screen and view each one of them separately which showcases status and performance parameters.
KRMS also highlights any parameters which needs special attention from our service dealers and generates a Service Request for quick action instead of making the customer to call the nearest service dealer
